The DECLARATION of INDEPENDENCE

· He meaning the king has refused to pass laws that will benefit all of the colonies not just the rich ones.
· “For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:”
· He has insisted that the colonist be taxed, yet he has yet to let them have representatives on parliament. The colonists feel that they should not be taxed because of this.
· “He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.”
· The king has refused to see that most of the colonist weren’t rich in fact they were mostly poor. This goes back to the taxes only those who were rich could really afford the taxes. Yet the king insisted that they be taxed anyway.
· “For quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:”
· The colonist don’t like the fact that the king has sent soldiers to watch over the colonist.
· He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers.
· The king has refused to give the court any type of power to punish the colonist for their wrong doings. The king insists that everyone be judged in England.
· For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from Punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States.
· The king has protected those considered murders etc. By not letting them have a fair trial in the states. Since they committed the act in the states
· For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world
·

The king has taken the colonist out of his protection so now the colonist are weak, and without the kings help they are not safe from some natives. Just likes it’s says because of the king they can’t trade with anyone.
· He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.
· The king has not let anyone leave the colonies, because he has blocked the sea port. He has sent his men on rampages ,thus the people and some towns have been destroyed .
